The normal delivery time is 2-5 working days from the day the order was placed. Shipments outside EU can also delay final delivery due to custom process. Please contact our Customer Service on: info@gkwatches.nl , if you have an inquiry on the status of your order. We make reservations for the liability of delays or failed deliveries caused by our suppliers. We also make reservations to adjust prices as presented on GKWATCHES.COM caused by wrong pricing, technical errors etc.

At present, GK WATCHES accepts international payments through iDeal, Paypal, Mister Cash , Sofort Banking and Bank-wire and Cash payment in the store.

After the payment is done on the selected option you will be redirected to our website.
The payment will done on a safe payment environment. To use the services you have to register as an user for once. You will have access to the payment methods after registration.
Another payment option is Bankwire. The order will be accepted, after we receive the payment. We recommend you to contact us by e-mail, before you choose to pay by Bank-wire. We will sent you an e-mail back with detailed payment description.

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via UPS/Mikropakket/TNT with tracking and drop-off with signature.

Extra with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
